BestPriceRoom is a global accommodation inquiry platform created to make communication between guests and hotels simpler, more transparent and more direct.

Our goal is to provide travelers with an additional way to explore accommodation options and receive offers directly from hotels, while allowing accommodation providers to maintain full control over their prices, availability and guest communication.

BestPriceRoom was developed around a simple idea: connect guests directly with accommodation providers, reduce unnecessary intermediaries and give both sides greater control over the communication process.

We aim to make the accommodation search experience more transparent, accessible and efficient.

How BestPriceRoom Works

Our platform allows guests to select up to three accommodation properties and submit a single inquiry for their preferred travel dates.

Each selected property independently reviews the inquiry and decides whether to submit an offer.

Guests can then review the received offers and choose the one that best suits their needs.

Once an offer is accepted, the guest's contact details are shared with the selected accommodation provider, who then communicates directly with the guest to arrange and confirm the reservation.

The accommodation provider handles the reservation and payment directly with the guest. BestPriceRoom does not process accommodation payments or charge commissions on reservations.
