These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BestPriceRoom website, services and platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using BestPriceRoom, creating an account or submitting an accommodation inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About BestPriceRoom

BestPriceRoom is an online accommodation inquiry platform designed to connect guests directly with hotels and other accommodation providers.

The Platform allows users to:

• Browse accommodation listings.

• Select up to three accommodation properties for one inquiry.

• Submit an inquiry regarding their intended stay.

• Receive individual price offers directly from selected accommodation providers.

• Review and compare received offers.

• Select an offer and confirm that its proposed price is acceptable.

• Have their contact information forwarded to the selected accommodation provider.

• Access their inquiry and offer history through their personal account.

BestPriceRoom provides the technological infrastructure for submitting inquiries and facilitating direct communication between guests and accommodation providers.

BestPriceRoom does not operate as a traditional online travel agency (OTA), does not charge commission on reservations, does not collect accommodation payments and does not participate in financial transactions between guests and hotels.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of BestPriceRoom require users to create a personal account.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

• Maintain the security of your account.

• Update your information when necessary.

• Use your account only for legitimate personal or authorised purposes.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person or use another person's account without permission.

BestPriceRoom reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited activity.

4. Accommodation Listings

BestPriceRoom provides accommodation listings that allow users to discover and select hotels and other accommodation providers.

Listing information may include:

• Property name and location.

• Accommodation descriptions.

• Images and other visual materials.

• Available property information.

• Contact and website information.

• Other relevant accommodation details.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful listing information. However, we do not guarantee that all listing information is complete, current or error-free.

Accommodation information, photographs, descriptions and other property details may be supplied by third parties or obtained from external sources.

Accommodation providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they supply and for keeping their relevant details up to date.

The presence of an accommodation property in the BestPriceRoom database does not necessarily mean that the property has entered into a formal partnership or commercial agreement with BestPriceRoom.

5. Submitting Accommodation Inquiries

Users may select up to three accommodation properties and submit one inquiry through the Platform.

When submitting an inquiry, users may provide information such as:

• Intended check-in and check-out dates.

• Number of guests.

• Accommodation preferences.

• Additional requirements or messages.

By submitting an inquiry, you authorise BestPriceRoom to forward the relevant inquiry information to the accommodation providers selected by you.

The selected accommodation providers receive the information necessary to understand your accommodation requirements and independently prepare their price offers.

At this initial stage, the user's identifying contact information, including full name, email address and telephone number, is not disclosed to the selected accommodation providers through the inquiry process.

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a reservation or guarantee accommodation availability.

BestPriceRoom does not guarantee that every accommodation provider will respond to an inquiry.

6. Hotel Offers and Pricing

Each accommodation provider independently reviews the inquiry and determines its own proposed accommodation price.

The price offer is prepared by the accommodation provider based on the requested stay period, number of guests, availability and other relevant conditions.

BestPriceRoom does not set, calculate, negotiate or determine the prices offered by accommodation providers.

All offers are submitted by the respective hotels or accommodation providers.

The user can review the offers received and decide whether any of the proposed prices and conditions are acceptable.

An offer represents a price proposal from the accommodation provider. It does not automatically constitute a confirmed reservation or a guarantee that the accommodation is still available.

The accommodation provider remains responsible for the accuracy and validity of its offer.

7. Accepting an Offer and Sharing Contact Information

When a user finds an offer acceptable, they may confirm their acceptance through their personal BestPriceRoom account.

By confirming acceptance, the user authorises BestPriceRoom to forward the necessary personal contact information to the accommodation provider whose offer has been selected.

This information may include:

• First and last name.

• Email address.

• Telephone number.

• Requested stay dates.

• Relevant accommodation details.

• Information concerning the accepted price offer.

The purpose of sharing this information is to allow the selected accommodation provider to contact the user directly and proceed with the reservation arrangements.

Accepting an offer through BestPriceRoom means that the user accepts the proposed price and wishes to proceed with the selected accommodation provider. It does not mean that a reservation has already been confirmed.

The accommodation provider must subsequently contact the user, verify the relevant details and complete the reservation process.

8. Reservation Confirmation

After receiving the user's contact information, the selected accommodation provider is responsible for handling the reservation directly with the user.

The accommodation provider is responsible for:

• Contacting the user.

• Verifying the requested accommodation dates.

• Confirming room or accommodation availability.

• Completing the reservation procedure.

• Providing final booking information.

• Communicating applicable payment conditions.

• Sending reservation confirmation to the user.

A reservation is considered confirmed only when the accommodation provider has expressly confirmed it directly to the user.

BestPriceRoom does not independently confirm, issue or guarantee hotel reservations.

9. Direct Payments to Accommodation Providers

BestPriceRoom does not process, collect or handle payments for accommodation reservations.

All accommodation payments are made directly by the user to the relevant hotel or accommodation provider, according to the payment conditions established by that provider.

BestPriceRoom does not collect payment card information, deposits or accommodation fees.

BestPriceRoom does not charge guests or accommodation providers any commission based on completed reservations through the inquiry process described in these Terms.

BestPriceRoom does not participate in financial transactions between guests and accommodation providers.

Any payment obligations, deposits, cancellation fees, refunds or other financial conditions are agreed directly between the user and the accommodation provider.

10. Direct Relationship Between Users and Accommodation Providers

BestPriceRoom facilitates the initial inquiry process and the exchange of accommodation offers.

Once the user accepts an offer and their contact information is forwarded, the subsequent reservation process takes place directly between the user and the selected accommodation provider.

Any final agreement concerning accommodation is established directly between those two parties.

The accommodation provider is independently responsible for the accommodation service, reservation confirmation, payment arrangements, cancellations, refunds and any complaints relating to its services.

BestPriceRoom is not a party to the accommodation agreement between the user and the accommodation provider.

Users are encouraged to review the accommodation provider's booking conditions, cancellation policies and other applicable terms before completing a reservation.

11. Prices, Availability and Offer Conditions

All prices, availability information and accommodation conditions are determined and provided by the relevant accommodation providers.

Prices and availability may change depending on demand, dates, room availability, taxes, fees and other conditions.

BestPriceRoom cannot guarantee that an offer will remain available after it has been submitted or accepted by the user.

Before completing a reservation, users should verify the final price, included services, taxes, fees and applicable conditions directly with the accommodation provider.

12. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

By using BestPriceRoom, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent inquiries.

• Use the Platform for spam or unsolicited commercial activity.

• Impersonate another person or organisation.

• Provide false contact or accommodation information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.

• Interfere with the operation, security or performance of the website.

• Use automated tools to extract, copy or collect Platform data without prior written permission.

• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit Platform content without authorisation.

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

BestPriceRoom reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting or suspending access to the Platform.

13. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep BestPriceRoom accessible and operational.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.

• Technical updates.

• Server or hosting issues.

• Network interruptions.

• Security incidents.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform where reasonably necessary.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to BestPriceRoom, including its name, logo, design, software, website structure, text, graphics and original content, are owned by or licensed to BESTPRICEROOM GLOBAL doo, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected Platform materials without prior written permission.

Accommodation names, logos, photographs and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate intellectual property rights.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

BestPriceRoom may contain links to external websites, including accommodation providers' official websites and other third-party services.

These websites are operated independently of BestPriceRoom.

We do not control or accept responsibility for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

Accessing external websites is at your own discretion and subject to the relevant third party's terms and conditions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BestPriceRoom shall not be responsible for:

• The quality, safety, suitability or availability of accommodation services.

• The accuracy or completeness of information supplied by accommodation providers.

• The prices or conditions independently determined by accommodation providers.

• The failure of an accommodation provider to respond to an inquiry.

• Changes to an offer or accommodation availability.

• The failure of an accommodation provider to complete or confirm a reservation.

• The cancellation, modification or non-performance of a reservation by an accommodation provider.

• Payment disputes, deposits, refunds or other financial arrangements between users and accommodation providers.

• Disputes arising directly between users and accommodation providers.

• Temporary technical interruptions or website unavailability.

• Actions or omissions of independent third-party service providers.

BestPriceRoom provides the Platform as a technological service for facilitating accommodation inquiries, price offers and direct communication.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising directly from their unlawful use of the Platform, fraudulent activity or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not limit any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

18. Account Deletion and Termination

Users may delete their BestPriceRoom accounts independently through the account deletion functionality available on the Platform.

When a user initiates account deletion, the deletion of their associated personal data from our active systems is initiated automatically, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and technical backup procedures.

Once the deletion process is completed, the user will no longer have access to their account, inquiry history or associated account features.

BestPriceRoom may restrict or terminate access to an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, security threats or serious violations of these Terms.

Any personal data retained following account deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, our services, legal requirements or business practices.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide users with notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective will be subject to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of the user's country of residence.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia, subject to applicable mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protection rules.

We encourage users to contact us first to attempt to resolve any questions or disputes amicably.
