How It Works – Step by Step

Search for accommodation and select up to three hotels or properties that match your travel plans.

Enter your preferred dates, number of guests and any additional requirements.

2. Send One Inquiry

Submit a single inquiry through BestPriceRoom.

Your request is forwarded to the selected properties, allowing each hotel to review your requirements independently.

At this initial stage, hotels receive the relevant inquiry details without your personal contact information.

3. Receive Direct Offers

Each hotel independently decides whether to respond and prepares its own offer based on availability, requested dates and accommodation requirements.

Hotels have full control over the prices and conditions they offer.

4. Compare and Choose

Review the offers you receive and decide which one best suits your preferences and budget.

You are free to choose the offer that works best for you.

5. Connect Directly with the Hotel

Once you accept an offer, your name, email address and phone number are forwarded to the selected hotel.

The hotel then contacts you directly to arrange the reservation and provide the final confirmation.

Your reservation and payment are handled directly with the hotel.

Why Is BestPriceRoom Different?
